LONDON:

SAVIILL AND EDWARDS, PRINTERS, CHANDOS STREET COVENT GARDEN.

1   Since Mr. Godley left Canterbury, these premises have been let to the Union Bank on lease of 21 years at £120 per annum.
2   There have been some alterations in some of these lettings since July, 1852, but it is believed that the gross annual rental of the Miscellaneous Reserves included in the mortgage is higher now than it was in 1852.
