LAND.

The Company possesses, under Crown Titles, extensive Tracts of Land in its Settlements of Wellington Nelson New Plymouth and Otago.

These are at present offered for Purchase, in Town Allotments of a Quarter Acre, (Suburban, in Otago only, of Ten Acres), and Rural of Twenty-five Acres each; and for Pasturage, in proportion to the quantity of Purchased Land held by each Applicant.

To Purchasers in the United Kingdom in India or in China an allowance is granted for the Passage to New Zealand of themselves and their families. Including such allowance, Two-thirds of the Purchase Money are expended in providing a supply of Labor and other objects beneficial to the Purchasers.

PASSENGER-SHIPS.

First-Class Passenger-Ships are despatched to the Company's Settlements every two months or oftener.

In each of these an experienced Surgeon is appointed; Medicines Medical Comforts and an ample Dietary for each class of Passengers are provided, every article being of the best quality and examined by the Company's

Inspector before shipment; and the Rates of Passage, Provisions and Medical care included, are reduced to the lowest possible sum.

ASSISTED-PASSAGES.

To persons who are unable to Purchase Land, or to pay in full for their own Passage, assistance is granted, under certain Regulations, to the extent of from One-third to Two-thirds of their Passage-money.

The Terms and further particulars relating to Land may be obtained at the NEW ZEALAND HOUSE, London, or the OTAGO OFFICE, 27 South Hanover-Street, Edinburgh; and relating to Ships from MR. JOSEPH STAYNER, 110 Fenchurch-Street, London.
