At page 9 you will see what the Scheme is capable of effecting by the test which I propose that it should be submitted to.

At page 10, No. 1, I have given the various forms of Certificates which are to supersede the obscure and cumbrous Deeds now in use for conveying land.

Page 15, No. 2, explains the mode by which the various Title Deeds of any country may at once be brought on to the Registry.

Page 18, part No. 3, explains the plan of Land Debentures, which I propose should supersede the present objectionable and almost iniquitous mode of raising money on land by mortgages.

At page 24, you have an epitome of the working clauses of the Bill, which has been ordered to be printed by the Government of this country, to be ready for the consideration of the House of Representatives during the approaching Session.
